Return & Exchanges

At Orgain.com, we want you to be happy with our products and your experience when you shop on our website. 

Returns and exchanges are free for products purchased directly from our website. We cover the return cost and will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. No extra fees in volved. To prevent any processing delays in refunds, please do not refuse shipments by contacting FedEx or USPS.

We are not responsible for returns without an Orgain- provided pre-paid return shipping label.

We simply ask that you start your return or exchange within 60 days of the order being fulfilled, and please submit them via the Returns & Exchange center.
